Leave Workflow Notification Erroring Out after approval. (Doc ID 2506546.1)

Symptoms


When an employee submits the leave request and manger is trying to approve the same, its getting errored out. Below is the error message.

ERROR

The changes were not applied because ORA-20001: This person is not eligible for the element associated with this absence type.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee submits absence request for approval.

2. Error occurring during approval process when the Manager trying to approve

Through Workflow Administrator found the below error details.

Error Name WFNTF_ROLE
 
Error Message 3205: '<EMAIL_ADDRESS>' is not a valid role or user name.
