Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisitions

When attempting to update the default 'Requester' in Requisitions form,
the following error occurs.

PO_CCID_CHANGE_WARNING

The issue started after applying <Patch 21198991>:R12.PRC_PF.B


Steps to reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Purchasing

2. Navigate to: Requisitions > Requisitions

3. Trying to change the default 'Requester'
