Unable to perform Check Constraints due to seeded package EBS_DRT_PKG error

Getting the following error while trying to perform Person Data Removal - Check Constraints
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administration for assistance.

ERROR

ORA-04063: package body "APPS.EBS_DRT_PKG" has errors



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access form function (Personal Data Removal)
2. Select the associate
3. Action: Check Constraints
4. Go
