When Launching Configurator through Siebel NullPointerException - Pricing Not Available: Error In IBasicPricingEngine (Doc ID 2507145.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Runtime Core

When attempting to launch Oracle Configurator from Siebel after recently disabling HTTPS in Siebel, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Siebel application, launch Oracle Configurator
2. Error occurs before User Interface becomes visible
