Symptoms

When attempting to apply Price adjustments with Comma Separated amount, the following error occurs.

ERROR
JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:Oracle.jbo.domain.Number with value:6,4


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Oracle HTML User responsibility
2. query an Order
3. Click on Actions Apply Adjustments
4. Enter Comma separated value and Save
