 Install of Patch 28426427: On a DB Vault enabled instance, revoke_grant will fail.

Either stand alone or as part of Critical AD Patches from:  Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)
