Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to run Auto Create Purchase Requisition Program is running into Error,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
UNEXPECTED fnd.src.dict.afdict.afdautolog.auto_log: Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program &PROGRAM. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.

UNEXPECTED fnd.src.process.afpprc.afppex: Concurrent Request for "AutoCreate Purchase Requisitions" has completed with error.
