Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Mobile Mfg

Users want to use Oracle Discrete Production Supervisor App in ISO device. They applied the following patches:

22466185
24432372
23634170

When users try to login in the APP, they are facing the following error:

Configuration Error : This Mobile application is not currently configured on this server.

Workaround is available, use EBS url instead of IOS App. Still need a solution

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. When users try to login in the APP, we are receiving error
