Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Multiplatform iOS General

The onhand does not match between Mobile Field Service Multiplatform Trunk and Ebusiness Workbench.

When creating a Material Debrief install line see the following error:

ERROR

"Item XXXXXX not found"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Mobile Field Service Multiplatform.
2. Select a task.
3. Navigate to debrief install line.
4. Enter Serialized item.
