Approval History in Offer Page is showing incorrect Approver List (Doc ID 2507800.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an Offer is created by Recruiter, in the Review Page Wrong List of Approvers are shown.

These details are getting displayed always irrespective of offer status and offer approvers.

But the offer is going to correct approvers as expected and able to approve without issues..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to display correct list of Approvers as configured in AME

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create an offer for an Applicant.

It is sent for Approval
Now coming to the Applicant Details Page -> Offer Tab

We can see some wrong set of peoples shown in the Approval history tab.
These details are getting dispalyed always irrespective of offer status and offer approvers.
But the offer is going to correct approvers as expected and able to approve without issues..

The issue exists only in displaying the Approval History
