Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, Component Maintenance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While running 'Time Based Counters Engine' counters can be updated thus resulting in errors

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While 'Time Based Counters Engine' runs, users should not be able to update the readings from CMRO screens. It should display an error message to restrict users to update the reading manually.
