Symptoms
When attempting to edit a task query the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM:40200 Field is protected against update.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Dispatch center form
2. Select tools > edit query.
3. Try to update any query, the error occurs.
