On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to compile PAY_US_WEB_W4 after the application of the Year End Phase 3 patch 29050002:R12.PAY.B the following error occurs.

After applying Phase 3 patch, have error for package body PAY_US_WEB_W4.
SQL> alter package PAY_US_WEB_W4 compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> sho err
Errors for PACKAGE BODY PAY_US_WEB_W4:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied the Year End Phase 3 patch 29050002:R12
2. Compiling packages, invalid objects
3. Observe the error
