Symptoms
On 12.1.2 version, AD UTILITIES: upgraded Oracle Application patch set from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5: adstrtal.sh: exiting with status 1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OracleAS 10.1.3.5 Patch Set is applied.
2. In post installation steps, start services using adstrtal.sh script
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot start applications.
