Ask-For Promotion Modifier Is Not Available To Be Applied At The Order Line Level (Doc ID 2508474.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Modifiers Setup only

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Defined automatic Promotion Modifier with "Ask For" option for List Line as TSN modifier.
But from order lines when trying to apply this modifier manually from order line Action > Promotion/Pricing Attributes, one can't see any values in Promotion LOV.
Profile OM: Display Qualified Ask For Modifiers set as "Yes" at Site level.
Observation: When this profile is set to "No" Ask For modifier is displayed in LOV at order line level to apply, but not when one sets it to "Yes" (default).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Action > Promotion/Pricing Attributes LOV should display ASK for modifier when profile option OM: Display Qualified Ask For Modifiers set as "Yes''

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Oracle Pricing manger
2.Define Promotion Modifier with "Ask For" option for List Line as TSN modifier.
3.Set the profile option OM: Display Qualified Ask For Modifiers set as "Yes" at Site level.
4.From order management create sales order
5.Enter Lines
Action >Promotion/pricing attribute > the LOV does not display ASk for modifier
