UK Pay: MD5 Hashed Passwords Change for XML Submissions Clarifications (Doc ID 2508601.1)

Clarification provided for below points:
1) As HRMC will be using MD5 Hashing from 20th Apr 2019, and legislative UK patch will be applied in production in March month i.e. before users submit March FPS/EPS/EYU. If this patch will be applied in March, and if users run FPS/EPS for 2018/19 and EYU for 2017/18 then, do they need to run 'GB Generate IRMark’ program for this as well or they should run this program only for FPS/EPS for 2019/20 and EYU for 2018/19?

2) Is this functionality available on HMRC now for testing or it will be available from 20th Apr 2019?

3) If this functionality is available now, can users start sending FPS/EPS for 2018/19 and EYU for 2017/18 after running 'GB Generate IRMark’ from March months onwards?
