AM is not Retained in OAF when Delete Attachments but Cick No to Cancel the Operation

On EBS R12.2.6 env,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In any Delete Attachment Dialog page in OAF attachments (attachmentTable), retainAM = Y is not set when user clicks on No to cancel the delete attachment operation. Hence when the user comes back to the page, AM is released and the fields entered are all cleared.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In any Delete Attachment Dialog page in OAF attachments (attachmentTable), retainAM = Y should be set even if user clicks on No to cancel the delete attachment operation. Hence when the user comes back to the page, AM should be retained and the fields entered should remain as it is.
