DIF Errors With ORA-00907 During Upload When WHERE Clause Has 'OR' Operator Or 'ORDER BY' Clause

Symptoms
On R12.2.6 env, when creating DIF integrators with interface attribute definition WHERE clause having 'OR' operator or 'ORDER BY' clause without parenthesis, and during upload from the download document, the validation will give below error. Even if the document is uploaded without errors, the data uploaded to the table will contain different values then the uploaded data since the WHERE clause does not have parenthesis.
