R12: PA: Expenditure Items With Bill Amount After The Draft Invoice Is Deleted (Doc ID 2509062.1)

Users deleted draft invoices associated with a project . There are 5 expenditure item id's that still have bill amounts associated with them after deleting the draft invoices.

When the user tries to query for a draft invoice in the Find Invoices form for a project, the following error is encountered: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
