Actual Behavior

Batch WIP Completion and WIP Completion Return cannot be picked up by OPM Accounting Pre-Processor and Create Accounting, mtl_material_transactions.opm_costed_flag remains as N

Expected Behavior

Batch WIP Completion and WIP Completion Return can be picked up by OPM Accounting Pre-Processor and Create Accounting, mtl_material_transactions.opm_costed_flag processed as D after create accounting run in draft mode
