OPM Child Organization Item Attributes in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEM_B Are Not In Sync The Master Organization Item Attributes After Running "Synchronize All OPM Items" (Doc ID 2509345.1)

Goal

After creating new organization and running the "Synchronize All OPM Items" request, the new organization has items from the master organization,
but there are differences between some of the item attributes (physical attributes in this case) between the master and organization items even
though these attributes are master controlled.

How can the item attributes be updated in the new child organization so they are the same as the master organization?
Attempting to update these in the Organization Item form is not possible as the attributes are protected against update.

Master Organization Attributes:
  Container=Checked
  Vehicle=Unchecked
  Container Type=<there is a container type value>
  Internal Volume=NULL
  Max Load Weight=NULL
  Min Fill Percent=NULL

Child Organization Attributes:
  Container=Unchecked
  Vehicle=Unchecked
  Container Type=NULL
  Internal Volume=NULL
  Max Load Weight=NULL
  Min Fill Percent=NULL
