Goal

Commitment Balance Reports are not Showing As of Date Balance

1) Deposit created in Dec 2018
    Deposit transition available as of 31-Dec-2018 is 30000
2) Invoice created in January 2019 with 20000 and commitment applied.
3) When Commitment balance report ran for 31-Dec-2018 the report it is showing 10000.

Customer expects that the report should show 30000 available for commitment as of date
