Error "Enter a value for RetroPay Definition parameter" When Attempting to Submit Retropay (Enhanced) (Doc ID 2509605.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to submit "Retropay (Enhanced)", the following error occurs in the non-delivered legislations. (e.g. Qatar, Austria, Egypt...etc)

Enter a value for RetroPay Definition parameter

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
  2.  Enter "Retropay (Enhanced)" and parameters
  3.  Click OK in the Parameters form
  4.  Error occurs
