Symptoms

This is a BI Publisher Reports Integration scenario
Issue with many reports and not specific to one report
A Report is executed from BI Publisher. Some changes are made inside OTM objects related to the report
Report is executed again. These changes are not reflected in the report
After 1 hour again the report is executed, this time the report correctly reflects the changes

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

01. A Report is executed from BI Publisher Module
02. Some changes are made inside OTM objects related to the report
03. Report is executed again. These changes are not reflected in the report
04. After 1 hour again the report is executed, this time the report correctly reflects the changes
