Dashboard Shows No Details in HTML Contact Center (Doc ID 2509763.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Setup flow

On navigating from Customer Support to Customer Management and HTML Contact Center, the
page showing Dashboard Section has no details to display

Expect the details to be displayed in the HTML Contact Center under the Dashboard Section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Customer Support (R)
2) Customer Management (N) HTML Contact Center
3) Query Organization Name and Search
4) The Search Results shows Dashboard section which has no details to display.

Due to this issue, users cannot view the details under Dashboard Section in HTML Contact Center
