Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP11 version, UK Payroll

When attempting to run HRGLOBAL after applying Patch 29308044 TYE19: TAX YEAR END CHANGES : FINAL PATCH
the following error occurs.

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dumped the batch (PAY_USER_TABLES CTO_COURT_ORDER_DAILY GB , PAY_USER_COLUMNS SOE Balances GB ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
