ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using HTML formatting in Bursting PARAMETER5 (Email Body) fails.
Using the same in the body of a regular scheduled job works.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the email formatting to work.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use HTML formatting in PARAMTER5 (Email Body) of the Bursting Query.
2. Test.
3. Document not generated, email not set, job completes in success.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate HTML formatted emails.
