Not Able To Update WIP JOB Status To Complete - No Charges (Doc ID 2509937.1)

Symptoms

WIP job got stuck in failed closed and now no update is working on that WIP JOB. Job is giving error of item revision is not correct.

ERROR

APP-BOM-20516: Item has no valid revision on 20-JAN-2018, your item has no valid revision.

Cause: on 20-JAN-2018, your item has no valid revision.

Action: Define a revision for your item on 20-JAN-2018 11:21:00.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Try to close job and receive error.
