Symptoms

Error when opening the Contact Center form.

Error:

FRM-41053: Cannot find Canvas: invalid ID

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

 - Open form with default in Tasks tab
 => No errors.
 - Navigate to the SR Tab
 => Error occurs.
