Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Advanced Configurations
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
User shifting on premises instance to Oracle cloud . The Oracle Load balancer as service (OCI LBaaS) is used to load balance the nodes .
Unable to access the Menu or click on the Menu post login to Load Balancer URL
OR
While accessing menu getting error on cloud manage instance .
Error while invoking Main Menu. JBO-30012: A cookie for session g5FHanr4vzZEfS3kbZs5fXxERN and application oracle.apps.fnd.framework.navigate.server.OANavigatePortletAM has already been registered with application pool oracle.prod.orgPAYoracle.apps.fnd.framework.navigate.server.OANavigatePortletAM. The cookie must be removed first.

Menu and responsibilities should get launched on cloud instance.
