After applying <patch 27115060> (Release 12.1 HRMS RUP11).

Some employees who are on sickness absence are incorrectly enrolled onto nil pay
and or half pay by incorrectly applying the rules.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UK Hrms Manager
2. Run Participation Process: Absence.
