While navigating through Manager Self Service responsibility, the following error occurs when opening Talent Profile page:

Make sure the web address http://xxxxxxx is correct

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Manager Self Service responsibility.

2. Navigate to Talent Profile page.

3. Get error.
