On : 12.2.7 version, Home page Issues

When attempting to register a new supplier the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error: 'Tax Registration Number is already in use for party type: Third Party, Party Name: XXX' error in Prospective Supplier Registration Page with the same tax registration number;

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Prospective Supplier Registration Link
2. Enter details along with Tax Registration Number
3. Error occurs
