Currently,When a solution is provided for the Service Request is created by an agent with an attachment having the signature of the agent. The agent wants to send the solution by email to customer. So he copies the information on the service request and downloads the attachment from the Service request and uploads the attachment manually in the email
Need the following functionality
There should be no need to to down load and upload the attachment. The solution on the service request need to the sent to the customer via email directly with the digital signature of the agent
There should be no need to download and upload signed documents to be sent to the customer via email.Is this possible ?
