GME_API_PUB.incremental_backflush IS NOT WORKING FOR ANY COMPLETED BATCHES (Doc ID 2511619.1)

Symptoms

 Cannot use Incremental backflush from GME_API_PUB.incremental_backflush when Batches are Completed.

 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a batch which can perform incremental backflush
2. Release batch/steps
3. Complete batch
4. Navigate to menu action/ incremental backflush, incremental backflush form UI is opening
5. Populate a positive qty to Incremental Qty field and click OK
6. Following error message shoulde be prompted:Incremental Backflush with positive incremental quantity is not allowed for Completed batches.
