On : 12.1.3 version, Offers

After security patches applied we are getting this error in Trade Management every time we query an offer or claim or other queries in Trade Management.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use quick find choose offer (or any other ) then enter offer number and go. Error appears.
