Want to Rounding Inverse Value by BOM_RTG_PUB_PROCESS_RTG API (Doc ID 2512135.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When usage value enter "111111111111.25555" by operation resources of routing form,
inverse value was calculated 0 by rounding.

But when usage value enter "111111111111.25555" by BOM_RTG_PUB_PROCESS_RTG API,
inverse value was calculated
0.00000000000899999999996400450000014396400224942422 without rounding.
Example>
0.00000000000899999999996400450000014396400224942422 = 1/111111111111.25555

So, below error occur.

Error
Usage Rate or Amount and Usage Rate or Amount Inverse is invalid for the operation resource ##.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Update Usage value(Usage_Rate_Or_Amount := 111111111111.25555) by BOM_RTG_PUB_PROCESS_RTG
