On version, Workflow Mailer
The Workflow notification are not reflecting in the application after taking action on workflow notification, changes are not reflecting in the application to the respective documents(Requisition and Purchase order)
Delivery failure mails

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate a workflow email notification.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process workflow email notifications.
