On Production : 12.1 HRMS RUP11 version, EIT and SIT
When attempting to enter SIT through a custom workflow after the application of <Patch 29050002> US & CANADA END OF YEAR 2018 STATUTORY UPDATE III FOR R12.2.X
the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch responsibility to <Responsibility for Employees>
2. Navigate to Pay & Benefits submenu > Safety Subsidy >
3. Safety Subsidy Special Information > Add > Enter the required information and click Apply > Click > Error Screen Appears:
Workaround
Employees can fill a word document form and submit it by email to Payroll, who can handle it manually
