E-mails Remain In Inbox Of IMAP User And Don't Get Processed (Doc ID 2512395.1)

Goal

On 12.2.6 version, Workflow Mailer
E-mails remain in the inbox of IMAP server and don't get processed.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to R12.2.6.
2.Configured the notification mailer service with IMAP server and user successfully.
3. The functional team members send a test PO for approval, it reaches the inbox of Test/override address test@test.com. Team member approves the PO by e-mail. This action sends an e-mail to inbox which is our IMAP user.
4. The e-mail that has reached inbox of IMAP user (test@test.com) remains unprocessed. This e-mail is supposed to get processed and, PO status is supposed to change to APPROVED. This doesn't happen.
5. How to correct this?
