Goal

Updating the On-hand Status, through the Inventory On-hand Quantity form, launches the Business Event oracle.apps.inv.onhandStatus.
Will the business event also be launched when using the API 'INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_PUB.UPDATE_STATUS'?
