How to restrict the Sub Inventory Transfer Process between the specific Sub Inventories from mobile?

At the time of Sub Inventory transfer process in Mobile device, business need to restrict to transfer LPN from AAAA sub inventory to BBBB. As per the process user should transfer from AAAA to CCCC. Business wants some restriction in system to control manual error.
