On : 12.2.5 version, Transactions
When attempting to perform wip completion,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-01403: No data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Work In Process
2. Go to WIP Completion
3. Get the above error
