Unable to add tax line to the newly added item line in ERS invoice
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to add tax line to the newly added item line
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a receipt matched invoice/ERS Invoice
2. Add a new item line
3. Try to add tax line for the newly added item line
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make payments
