Reported Issue
----------------
CLE:Amortized adjustments program behaves incorrectly when period adjustment is last period
a) when the period of adjustment is the last period of a fiscal year
b) when the adjustment amount is so small that the asset after adjustment should be still fully reserved.
The depreciation program is ending in error

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit.
Cause: Override amount is too large.
Action: Enter an override amount that will not cause depreciation to exceed the depreciation limit. (FA_ADJ_COST=130000)
APP-OFA-47715: Error: function faxcde returned failure (called from fadmlp)
APP-OFA-47715: Error: function fadmlp returned failure (called from faddep)
APP-OFA-48208: fadais: 4 has the value of 1.
Asset ID 251392 (TEST_AMORT_ERRO) -> ** Failed **

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Create an asset in current period 09-2018.
DPIS = 10-10-2017
Cost = 120 000
Rate = 1 (100%)
Initial depreciation reserve = 105 000
Depreciation in 09-2018: 10 000 => total depreciation reserve = 115 000
Depreciation in 10-2018: 10 000 => total depreciation reserve = 120 000
In 11-2018 cost adjustment 10 000 is entered backdated to period 10-2018.
Depreciation Program Exception Report
Error: Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit.

Cause: Override amount is too large.

Action: Enter an override amount that will not cause depreciation to exceed the depreciation limit. (FA_ADJ_COST=130000)
Asset ID 153036 (S1-204947) -> ** Failed **
