Service Request Problem Summary Missing In Field Service Admin Portal

In Third Party Admin Portal, the Service Request 's Problem Summary is not being displayed in the FSTP Admin Dashboard.
Expect the problem summary to be displayed
Issue is not specific to single service request .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Field Service Third Party Administration Portal responsibility
3. Navigate to Dashboard page
Observe that upon clicking show details below the Service Request Number the Summary Field is blank
