On 12.2.4 version, Workflow Standalone Installation
When attempting to installs Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3.5 on Windows 10 operating system
the following error occurs:
Without this application users cannot make necessary workflow modifications.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During installation of 2.6.3.5 on Windows 10.
The issue has the following business impact:
