Users Getting "ERROR 404-- Not Found" On Ekanban While DBA's Bouncing 1 Of The 2 Oaea (Doc ID 2514134.1)

Goal

The ekanban application is deployed on two oaea_servers.

When bouncing one of our two oaea_servers, regular users who are NOT using ekanban have no issues.
However, ekanban users who are connected to the oaea_server that is bounced, get disconnected from the ekanban application.

How can we fix this?
