Orders Fail To Plan With Capacity Not Found Issue When Itinerary Has An Associated Depot Profile (Doc ID 2514301.1)

If the Itinerary is associated with a Depot Profile, Order Releases Fail to Plan with No Capacity Available error even though the Lane has an available capacity in the specific scenario. 

Consider the following Example: 

There are three Order Releases with the following Time Window - Spanning 3 Days

Early Pickup Date is 2018-12-17 00:00:00
Late Pickup Date is 2018-12-19 23:59:00
Early Delivery Date is 2018-12-17 00:00:00
Late Delivery Date is 2018-12-19 23:59:00

Capacity is available for 3 days of the week (17, 18 and 19th) - Planning is successful as long as there is capacity available on 2018-12-17, once the capacity on the Monday is utilized, the subsequent Orders fail to plan. Expected behavior is that once the capacity on 17th is utilized , the Shipment start time and End time be adjusted to utilize the available capacity on the subsequent days.
