Symptoms

On 12.2.5 version, Receivables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Submit an AR diagnostic report for existing customer account, the report stays in "IN PROCESS" status forever.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Submit an AR diagnostic report for existing customer account, the report should complete and output should be there to download.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Receivables
2. US Receivables manager
3. Choose to run AR Diagnostic report for a valid account number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run diagnostic report for any customer account.
